These Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) govern your (“the User”) use of Springs Radiator Services (Pty) Ltd (“Provider”) website located at the domain name www.springsradiators.co.za (“the Website”). By accessing and using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this legal notice. The User may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on the website for marketing and other purposes without the consent of the Provider.
E-Commerce & Privacy
The use of any product bought from this Website is at the purchaser’s risk. The purchaser/ user indemnifies and holds the Provider harmless against any loss, injury or damages which may be sustained as a result of using the products sold on the Website.
The private information required for executing the orders placed through the e-commerce facility, namely the User’s personal information and credit card details, delivery address and telephone numbers will be kept in the strictest confidence by the Provider and not sold or made known to third parties. Only the necessary information, that is the delivery address and contact phone number will be made known to third parties delivering the product.
The Provider undertakes that it has taken all reasonable precautions to secure the credit card processing that is carried out to receive payment for goods sold. The Provider cannot be held responsible for security breaches occurring on the User’s electronic device (Personal Computer or other electronic device used to browse the Website), which may result due to the lack of adequate virus protection software or spyware that the User may inadvertently have installed on his/her device.
Delivery policy
Subject to stock availability with suppliers and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 7 working days and handed over to a courier company for delivery. For very remote areas not serviced by standard couriers The Provider will deliver via Post Office or to the nearest town to the User that is accessible by The Courier Guy within their normal routes. In these circumstances the Provider will be in contact with the User to arrange an alternative address.
The Provider will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the User’s chosen delivery address in the same good order. Cancelled and returned orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 20% handling fee. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions. No Goods will be returned after 7 days.

Payment Options
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and all major credit cards or by bank transfer into the Provider’s bank account, the details of which will be provided after checkout.
Credit card acquiring and security
Credit card transactions will be acquired for the Provider via approved payment gateways. Our payment gateways use the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no credit card details are stored on the website.
Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by the Provider separately from card details.
Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Responsibility
The Provider takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
Updating of these Terms and Conditions
Provider reserves the right to change, modify, add to or remove from portions or the whole of these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes to these Terms and Conditions will become effective upon such changes being posted to this Website. It is the User’s obligation to periodically check these Terms and Conditions at the Website for changes or updates. The User’s continued use of this Website following the posting of changes or updates will be considered notice of the User’s acceptance to abide by and be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including such changes or updates.
Limited License to General Users
Provider grants to the User, subject to the further terms of these Terms and Conditions, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access, display, use, download and otherwise copy the current and future Content for personal, non-commercial and information purposes only.
This Website and the Content may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold, visited or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Provider. The license does not allow the User to collect product or service listings, descriptions or other information displayed here, and does not allow any derivative use of this Website or the Content for the benefit of another merchant. The User may not frame nor use framing technologies to enclose the Provider Website or the Content nor any part thereof without the express written consent of Provider. Provider and the Owners do not offer products or services to minors. If you are under the age of 18, you may not respond to or otherwise accept or act upon any offers in the Website.
Provider and the Owners, their affiliates or subsidiary reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. Any unauthorised use terminates this license.
Limitation of liability
The Website and all Content on the Website, including any current or future offer of products or services, are provided on an “as is” basis, and may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Owners make no warranty or representation as to the availability, accuracy or completeness of the Content. Neither Provider nor any holding company, affiliate or subsidiary of Provider, shall be held responsible for any direct or indirect special, consequential or other damage of any kind whatsoever suffered or incurred, related to the use of, or the inability to access or use the Content or the Website or any functionality thereof, or of any linked website, even if Provider is expressly advised thereof.
Delivery Information
How long will my order take to arrive?
It can range from 2-7 working days, depending on where you reside. Please view further delivery.
The delivery timelines vary per province – All orders are dispatched from Johannesburg, Gauteng.
What do I if I don’t receive my order?
Once you receive your tracking information and after you track it on the relevant courier website shows delivered but you have not received it , Please alert us via telephone or email. We will then be able to address with the relevant courier company.
How can I return my products?
Goods will only be accepted for return & handling fee forfeited when defective, damaged or if the product supplied is not the same product which was ordered.
- If the Goods are defective in any way this must be reported as soon as possible (no later that 24 hours after receiving)
Incorrect item delivered:
We do our best to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on our site. Please notify us within 24 hours if the item you have received is not as it was described on your order.
However, should we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website, or is missing any parts: Please do not remove the product from its original packaging or any of the stickers or labels and notify us as immediately
Goods arrived damaged
If your goods arrive damaged, missing any parts or accessories, or inoperable, then we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the goods in order for the issue to be resolved effectively.
Return of Goods correctly supplied:
- All Goods must be returned within 7 working days from the day that you have received it. You need to notify us prior to returning the goods to determine if a return will be granted.
- Courier fees for return of goods will be at your expense.
- No Goods will be accepted for return after 7 days from date of receipt, this is established from the courier tracking system
- No guarantees or returns or refunds will be granted on any electrical items
- Return of goods, or cancelled orders will automatically carry a 20% handling fee on the total amount of the order.
- Items that have been fitted, used or sprayed will not be accepted for returns
- Goods returned must be in resellable condition.
- Packaging of items returned must be original package/box (as it was delivered to you) and in a condition for reselling, unboxed items will not be considered for return.
- If you are returning Goods via courier, please package it carefully so that it does not happen to be damaged en-route. If we receive the goods damaged a refund might be denied. Please include the Returns Request Number and a copy of your original invoice with any return.
- Goods purchased on promotion or sale may not be exchanged or returned.
Warranty:
A 12 month manufacturer warranty is issued on all goods supplier from date of purchase with the exception of the following:
- Parts incorrectly fitted and further damage resulting from such instances carried out by a non-accredited person or entity.
To qualify for the warranty on the item – the item needs to be installed by a mechanic/work shop that is an accredited member of the RMI. If the fitment is done by non-accredited RMI member, the warranty will be null & void.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are handled within 2 to 7 working days after receiving confirmation (once confirmed funds can take up to 24-48 hours to reflect in your account once processed due to banking timelines. Refunds are processed back to you in the same method of payment you used when placing the order, i.e. if you paid via Payfast, we will refund your Payfast account, etc.
What are my delivery option?
Below are the options available of obtaining your parcel.
Please note that Bonnets, Cradles and other Large Parts will incur an additional delivery cost. The cost is on average about R150 for a depending on the area and the parcel size, the cost will be stated in your cart before you proceed to payment. Please call us if you not sure on anything.

The courier is determined upon dispatch based on the individual area and parcel size.
Details on tracking & timing will be included in your delivery notification e-mail.
Delivery Times: This timeline is only applicable once the parts has left our JHB store (processing of orders take 2-7 working days):
- To Gauteng: 1 – 2 Working Days
- To Main Centres (CTN, DBN, PE): 2 – 3 Working Days
- To Regional Areas: 3 – 5 Working Days
- To Remote Areas: 5 – 7 Working Days

Collect from our Store: We do offer an option for you to collect your order from our store in Springs Johannesburg. Payment needs to be completed online or via EFT prior to collection. Our team will send you confirmation once your order is ready for collection.

When do you deliver?
The couriers only deliver on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 08h00 – 17h00.
Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?
Unfortunately not.
Can you deliver on public holidays?
Unfortunately not, our courier services do not operate on public holidays
